Penasco bound…

last year, i spent the month of January holed up in the Penasco Theater, an amazing, old, beautiful theater in the tiny mountain desert town of Penasco, New Mexico.  the theater is managed by Alessandra Ogren, of Wise Fool, and is a treasure for any performance artist seeking time, training, and solitude.  this year, i’ll be going back (how could i not??) through the month of March, with my friend Jenn Perry in tow.  i’m incubating several new projects right now, including a frame act, and a tiny stage show featuring limbs, veils, and some dashing red shoes…i’m eagerly looking forward to a month of clear, high desert nights, long days in the studio, and some quality time with Miss PJ.
